ClanClean Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all garments accepted by ClanClean at any of our outlets or through the ClanClean app.

Garment Risk

All garments accepted at customer risk; no liability for fabric related issues.
Colour and Shrinkage

No responsibility for color bleeding or shrinkage during washing or dry cleaning.
Stains

Stain removal is best effort only; complete removal cannot be guaranteed always.
Valuables

Customers must check pockets; no liability for valuables left inside garments.
Compensation

Compensation limited to maximum five times of order against any damage or loss.
Delivery

Delivery timings are tentative; delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
Rounding Off

Bill rounded to nearest whole number; example 1.3 becomes 1, 1.6 becomes 2.
Urgent Orders

Urgent or express orders will attract additional charges as applicable always.
Unclaimed Garments

We are responsible for the garments for the 30 days only. May disposed after 60 days.
Packaging

Packaging always done carefully; however wrinkles may occur during handling or transit.
Complaints

Complaints must be reported within twenty four hours along with original bill.
Pricing

Prices may vary depending on garment type, fabric, weight, and complexity.
Right to Refuse

We reserve right to refuse heavily damaged or unhygienic garments.
Regional Pricing

Prices are subject to variation by store and city location.
