What Every Order Includes
These are not paid add-ons. Every order we collect, from any area we serve, gets all of it as standard:
- Individual inspection and tagging — every piece is read against its own care label and tagged with your order number before it leaves your door.
- Stain treatment before cleaning — marks are hand-spotted one at a time with a solution matched to the fabric, rather than left to a general wash.
- Your load on its own cycle — never combined with a neighbour’s to fill a machine, which is the usual cause of dye transfer and greying whites.
- Hand steam pressing — collars, cuffs and pleats worked individually, on machinery certified against colour loss and shrinkage.
- A final quality check — anything short of standard goes back through the process instead of out for delivery.
- An itemised bill and a written return date — our front desk confirms your delivery date on WhatsApp the same day you book.

How We Clean — Our 6-Stage Process
The same six stages apply to every order, whether it is a single shirt or a month of family laundry.
- Sorting & InspectionRead against its own care label, sorted by fabric, colour and construction, then tagged. Putting a dye-bleeding colour in the wrong batch is how garments get ruined.
- Stain TreatmentMarks identified and hand-treated before any cleaning. Once a stain has been through a full cycle it sets and becomes far harder to lift.
- CleaningThe right process for the material — machine wash, gentle woollen care or solvent dry cleaning — on your own load, with eco-friendly detergents and solvents.
- Hand FinishingSteam pressed by hand, with collars, cuffs and pleats shaped individually. A flat machine press crushes structure.
- Quality CheckEvery item inspected for cleanliness, pressing and finish. Catching a missed mark should be our job, not yours.
- Packing & ReturnFolded, hung or vacuum-sealed to suit the item, and delivered to the same address on the date you were given.
The Machinery and the Chemistry
Our washing and finishing machinery is Hohenstein certified against colour loss and shrinkage and Woolmark certified for woollens and delicates, which is what lets us promise a care-label wash rather than a hopeful one. Dry cleaning uses German eco-friendly solvents that are skin-safe and odourless: hard on stains, gentle on fabric, and nothing left behind on the garment when it comes back.
Choosing a Laundry — Five Things Worth Checking
Whoever you use, these are the five questions worth asking:
- Is your load washed separately? Combining several households to fill a drum is the cheapest way to run a laundry and the fastest way to get someone else’s colour on your shirt.
- Are the prices published? If a rate is only quoted after collection, you cannot compare it. Ours are on the price list and on every area page.
- Do you get a return date in writing? “Two or three days” is not a date. Ours is confirmed on WhatsApp the same day you book.
- Is there a shop you can walk into? If something goes wrong, an address matters far more than an app. We run four.
- Are stains treated before washing? Treated afterwards, most stains are already set. Ask when the spotting happens.

Common Questions
Can I get a fixed weekly pickup slot?
Yes. Tell us a day and time and we will collect at the same slot each week, so it becomes one less thing to remember. There is no commitment — pause or change the day whenever you like.
How do you handle bridal wear, sarees and heavy embroidery?
Individually. Bridal and embroidered pieces get their own fabric inspection and delicate hand-spotting, then gentle dry cleaning with solvents chosen to protect zardosi, sequins, silk and colour-vibrant dyes. They come back on hangers rather than folded.
What is the difference between wash & fold and premium laundry?
Wash & Fold is a bulk per-kilo service — machine washed, tumble dried and folded. Premium Laundry washes your clothes separately with liquid detergent and softener, adds a steam-iron finish, light fragrance and individual packing. Premium suits clothes you care about; per-kilo suits volume.
Do you clean blankets, quilts and woollens?
Yes, and they are among our most common winter orders. Wool and cashmere are cleaned at controlled temperatures on Woolmark-certified machinery so they stay soft instead of felting. Per-kilo woollen laundry and per-piece blanket rates are on each branch’s price list.
What happens if an item is damaged or goes missing?
Every piece is tagged with your order number at collection and tracked through each stage, which is why it is rare. If something does go wrong, tell us and we will investigate it properly — you can also walk into the shop and speak to the people who handled the order rather than filing a ticket into an app.
Do you serve offices, PGs and shared flats?
Yes. We collect from homes, PGs, hostels and offices. Each customer’s washing runs on its own cycle, so flatmates can send separate orders on the same pickup and get separate itemised bills.
Do you offer same-day or express service?
Yes. Express is 2× the standard price, always confirmed with you before we take the garment — in by 4 pm for same-day return, after 4 pm for next-day. Standard turnaround is 48 hours for laundry, 24 hours for steam ironing and 72 hours for dry cleaning. See express laundry & dry cleaning.
How do I check where my order is?
Message your branch on WhatsApp or call and we will tell you which stage your order is at. Our front desk also confirms your delivery date on WhatsApp the same day you book, so you have it in writing from the start.
Can I send dry cleaning and laundry together in one pickup?
Yes. Everything goes on one docket and comes back together, with a single itemised bill that lists each service separately. Tell us if you would rather have the laundry returned as soon as it is ready instead of waiting for the dry cleaning.
Do you clean uniforms and everyday workwear?
Yes — school uniforms, office shirts and workwear are among our most common orders. Whites run on their own cycle to their own care label on machinery certified against colour loss, which is what keeps a white shirt white rather than grey.
