Delete Your ClanClean Account

This page explains how to delete your ClanClean account and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to the ClanClean app for Android (package com.clanclean.app).

Delete your account from the app

This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open the ClanClean app and sign in.
2. Open the menu and go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app

If you have uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, ask us to delete the account for you:

• Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93557 74775

Please send the request from the mobile number registered on the account, or tell us the email address you signed up with, so we can be sure we are deleting the right account. We will action the request within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address and mobile number
• Your saved pickup and delivery addresses
• Your sign-in credentials and access to the account
• The notification token used to send you order updates

What is kept, and why

Records of completed orders and the bills raised against them are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. These are business accounting records rather than profile data, and we cannot delete them on request.

Deleting only some of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove information you have given us.

• Saved addresses — open Profile, then Saved Addresses, and delete any address you no longer want us to store.
• Profile details — your name and mobile number can be changed at any time from Profile.
• Notifications — turning notifications off for ClanClean in your phone settings stops us using the device token that delivers order updates.

If there is something else you would like removed, ask us on WhatsApp at +91 93557 74775. We will tell you what we hold and remove what we are able to.
