ClanClean is a Delhi-based laundry and dry cleaning brand built on the shop floor, not on a slide deck, now offering its franchise to partners across India. We run three outlets of our own — Laxmi Nagar in East Delhi, Malviya Nagar and Sarvapriya Vihar in South Delhi — open 10 am to 9 pm, seven days a week, with free doorstep pickup and delivery across the localities around each store. Over 5,00,000 garments have gone through our process for more than 10,000 customers, and the brand holds a 4.6-star Google rating.
A ClanClean store offers thirteen services: dry cleaning, laundry by the kilo, premium laundry, steam ironing, coat and suit care, woollens, blankets and quilts, curtains, carpets, shoes, bags, helmets and leather. Steam ironing is returned in 24 hours, laundry in 48 and dry cleaning in 72. Every garment is tagged at pickup and moves through the same six stages — sorting, stain treatment, cleaning, hand pressing, quality check, packing — so a shirt cleaned in Laxmi Nagar comes back exactly the way one cleaned in Sarvapriya Vihar does.

Rent, staff and utilities are the fixed costs; everything above them is margin.
Recurring demand
Weekly household laundry is the base load. Dry cleaning peaks around weddings and festivals; woollens, blankets and quilts arrive every winter; curtains and carpets come before Diwali and after it. Shoes, bags, helmets and leather fill the gaps. The calendar keeps the machines busy in every season.

SpaceTypically 300 to 600 sq ft. Ground floor, basement or a local shopping complex all work — our Malviya Nagar outlet is a basement unit and Sarvapriya Vihar is in a shopping complex. What matters is a visible counter, room for machines and a dry, ventilated space for finishing and storage.

LocationA dense residential catchment within a few kilometres: colonies, apartment blocks, working professionals and families. Frontage on a market road or complex helps walk-ins; pickup and delivery do the rest. Reliable power, water and drainage are essential.

What is the ClanClean CRM and what does it track?
It is the central system every ClanClean store runs on. It records each customer, each order, each tagged garment, its stage in the process, its due date and its payment, and it routes app orders to the right store. You see your whole operation and your customer base in one place.

Do you provide the machines?
Yes. Washing, dry cleaning and pressing equipment is supplied and installed as part of the setup, specified for the services your store will offer, along with the solvents and consumables to start.
What size shop do I need?

Delhi NCR gets first priority; for any other city, tell us the locality and we will evaluate the site the same way.
Is a laundry franchise viable in a smaller or tier-2 city?
Usually, if the catchment is right: apartment blocks, working households and a market road within a few kilometres of the shop. Rents are lower than in a metro, which helps the fixed-cost side, and branded doorstep laundry is still rare in most tier-2 cities. The site evaluation tells you honestly whether a specific locality has enough households to support a store.
