Express does not skip any stage. Your order is tagged, inspected, cleaned on its own load, pressed and checked exactly as a standard order is — it simply goes to the front of the queue. What changes is the waiting, not the work.
Express is charged at 2× the standard price of each item and is confirmed with you before we collect, so the bill is never a surprise. The standard rate for every item is on the Price List — at our Laxmi Nagar outlet, for example, a shirt is ₹30 to steam iron, ₹110 to dry clean, and wash & fold is ₹70 per kg, each with the 20% discount already included. Rates differ slightly at our South Delhi outlets, and the express charge is always stated to you before the order is taken.

What we will not rush: a helmet liner, suede, a thick double razai or a heavy handmade carpet all need full drying time, and returning them damp causes odour or damage. Set-in stains also need the spotting board before cleaning. In every such case we tell you at booking whether same-day is realistic rather than promise it and fall short.

The 4 pm rule. Orders collected or dropped off by 4 pm are returned the same day; anything after 4 pm is returned the next day. Book early in the day if you can — a 10 am pickup gives us the full working day.
What it costs. Express is 2× the standard price of the item, confirmed before we take the order. Because everyday items are inexpensive to begin with, express on a shirt or a kilo of laundry is usually a small sum; on a three-piece suit or a lehenga it is worth weighing against whether you truly need it today.
Make express easier on the garment. Tell us about any stain and what caused it when you book, so the spotter can work on it first. Empty pockets, remove brooches and pins, and mention anything delicate — zari, sequins, leather trim — so it is routed correctly from the start.

Yes, for most garments — shirts, trousers, suits, kurtas, sarees and dresses. Standard dry cleaning is 72 hours because orders wait their turn; the cleaning, pressing and checking themselves take hours, not days. Heavily embroidered bridal wear, thick woollens and anything with set-in stains may need longer, and we say so at booking.

No. Express orders go through the same inspection, hand-spotting, cleaning on their own load, hand pressing and final check. The only thing removed is the waiting time. If an item cannot be done properly in the window — a damp helmet liner, for example — we will tell you rather than rush it.
Yes. Our outlets are open 10 am to 9 pm, seven days a week, so Sunday express works exactly as it does on any other day.
