Vacuuming removes loose surface debris. It does not touch the two things that actually age a carpet: grit that has worked down to the base of the pile, and oily soiling that binds dust into a film around each fibre.

Grit is also what wears a carpet out. Every step grinds sharp particles against the fibre base, so periodic deep cleaning is genuinely cheaper than replacing a carpet early. Removing the dust reservoir helps with allergies too, which matters in Delhi’s air.

Will the colours run?
Not with the right method. Handmade, wool and silk rugs are the ones at risk, which is why they are cleaned with fibre-specific products and minimal moisture rather than washed.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Usually, yes. Pet accidents are treated as a specific stain type rather than generally scrubbed, and odour removal depends on how far the soiling has reached the backing — we will assess it honestly.

Will my carpet come back damp?
No. Controlled drying is part of the 72-hour turnaround, and it is the reason we do not promise a same-day return on heavy pieces.
