Will my sweater shrink?

Not with us. Shrinking is caused by heat and agitation, both of which are controlled on a dedicated woolen cycle. Almost all shrinking happens in home machines on a normal warm wash.

How much does woolen cleaning cost?

₹220 per kg at our Laxmi Nagar outlet, or by the piece from ₹175 for a sweatshirt up to ₹600 for pashmina. Rates vary slightly by outlet.

How long does it take?

48 hours as standard. Express is available at twice the price and is always confirmed with you before we take the garment.

Can you clean pashmina and fine shawls?

Yes. Pashmina and fine stoles are cleaned by hand rather than machine. Pashmina is ₹600 and a standard shawl ₹300.

Can you remove pilling from an old sweater?

Yes, de-pilling is part of the service at no extra charge. It will not make a worn-through sweater new, but it makes a good one look considerably better.

Should I clean woolens before storing them for summer?

Yes, always. Moths are attracted to body oils and food traces rather than to wool itself, so storing a garment unwashed is what invites damage over the summer.
