What if I am not home, or something goes wrong with an item?
Pick a slot and we keep to it; if plans change, message us on WhatsApp and we move the pickup rather than turn up to a locked door. Every piece is tagged with your order number at collection and tracked through each stage. Should I get woollens cleaned before storing them for summer?
