We collect from your door across East and South Delhi — Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Patparganj and Mayur Vihar through to Malviya Nagar, Saket, Hauz Khas and Green Park. Free pickup and delivery applies on orders above ₹500, and the discount applies to every order rather than only your first.
No confusing per-item counting and no hidden extras. Your load is weighed, the rate per kilo is applied, and that is the bill.
Larger loads are simply more economical, which is why per-kilo suits families and shared flats. Two people sending a fortnight’s laundry together usually clear the ₹500 free-pickup threshold without trying.
What you will not find: a membership, a joining fee, a monthly minimum, or a different price on your second order. You are told the amount before we collect and every order gets its own itemised bill.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours for washed laundry. Steam ironing on its own is 24 hours; dry cleaning is 72.
In a hurry? Express is available at 2× the standard price, confirmed before we take the load — in by 4 pm for same-day, after 4 pm for next-day.
Costs, plainly:
A typical single person’s week is 3 to 4 kg; a family week is often 8 to 10 kg. Combining a fortnight, or sending bedding with the clothes, is usually what tips an order over ₹500.

What can I include in a laundry-by-kg load?
Everyday wear, t-shirts, kurtas, jeans, bedsheets, towels and linen are all ideal. For delicate, formal or dry-clean-only garments we recommend Premium Laundry or Dry Cleaning.
How long does it take?
48 hours as standard, with express available at 2× the price if booked by 4 pm for same-day return.
Will my clothes be washed with someone else’s?
No. Every customer’s load runs on its own cycle. We do not combine orders to fill a machine.
Is ironing included?
Wash & Fold is washed, dried and folded. If you want everything pressed, choose Wash & Steam Iron from ₹130 per kg, or add Steam Ironing.
Can I set up a weekly pickup?
